Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Business Automated Marketing, Inc. dba Lead Pulse Ai CRM ("Lead Pulse," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through leadpulsecrm.ai (the "Site"). It is designed to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"). Effective date: October 14, 2026.
1. Scope
This policy covers this marketing website only. Data processed inside the Lead Pulse Ai CRM platform on behalf of our customers is governed by our customer agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements.
No medical information. This Site is not intended to collect medical or health information. Please do not submit health details, patient information, or case details through any form on this Site.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a demo request, waitlist, or privacy request form, we collect: name, practice or firm name, phone number, email address, state, message, and practice-area selections (for example, Personal Injury or Workers' Comp).
Marketing attribution parameters
When you arrive on the Site, we record UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), Google Click ID (gclid), referring URL, and landing page. These are stored in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of your visit and are included with your form submission so we know how you found us. They are cleared when you close the browser tab.
Consent records
When you make a cookie choice, we store your choice, a timestamp, a consent version identifier, the page URL where you made it, and whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present, in your browser's localStorage.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and time of request, used for security and operating the Site.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests.
- To schedule and conduct demos.
- To send service communications related to your inquiry, including by phone, email, or SMS where you have consented.
- To send marketing communications only where you have separately opted in.
- To understand which channels bring visitors to the Site (attribution).
- To secure and operate the Site.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: website hosting, our CRM/communications platform, and Google Workspace (email). If you opt in to Analytics, usage data is processed by Google Analytics.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither, but you may still submit a request).
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email info@leadpulsecrm.ai, call (888) 828-5955, or use the form on our Your Privacy Choices page. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
7. Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing, keep Analytics and Marketing off, and record that the choice was made due to GPC.
8. Data retention
We retain form submissions for one (1) year, or longer where required by law or to resolve disputes. Attribution data in sessionStorage is cleared when your browser session ends. Consent records remain in your browser until you clear them or we update our consent version.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
This Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
